Many of you who claim to be spiritualists often take a rather dour approach to your lives. Yet Spiritualism from our point of view is not so. Surely Spiritualism is a philosophy of joy. The joy of knowing there is no death per se, only a life never ending. A chance to live independently, to take full responsibility for your own lives and destiny. To play a full part to the best of your endeavours to become the best of yourselves, and to help others by your example. To laugh, play, and have fun, but never at another’s expense. To giggle or laugh is an outer expression of inner contentment. It’s a sign of natural joy. To feel the joy of living is to have a natural empathy with a simple way of life. To feel at one with the world around you, to feel at one with nature, the natural environment and the animal kingdom knowing you are all linked and linked into your creator. To have a caring, kind heart and to give freely to others less fortunate than yourself. All this can bring the greatest happiness.
Be open to new knowledge, learn something different every day. It keeps your mind, body and spirit healthy. Your philosopher Socrates said, “knowledge is virtue, ignorance is vice” is an important consideration here. A healthy well-balanced mind means a healthy well-balanced body, which in turn means a healthy well-balanced spirit. The spirit and the soul are on a journey of continuum development. Never be afraid of academia or science. It might open your mind. You might question it. But debate and experience are fertile ground for developing wisdom.
The most important component is your immaterial body, your spirit and your soul. They must be kept in tiptop condition. It is therefore imperative to practice meditation daily. Meditation is the portal to cosmic communication. And cosmic communication is expanding just as your universe is, it is infinite. To exercise physically away from man-made toxic pollution. To eat plenty of fruit, vegetables and pulses. Avoid eating flesh if possible as this involves the suffering of other species. A natural, well-balanced diet is an important consideration. And one must drink plenty of clean fresh drinking water. Water is a natural conduit through which we communicate.
Always keep your energy channels in tiptop condition. Ask your Angels and the Divine Master to Bless your chakras frequently, making sure your chakras are free of toxic energy, ensuring your energy channels flow with positive loving energy. Starting at the root chakra and working upwards, you can ensure that your inner being is clean and well-balanced enabling you to receive cosmic information and messages clearly.
This is the Philosophy of Spiritualism, the foundation of which is Joy. The Joy of one’s own inner being, doing your Best to bring Joy to others.

This download was taken over several days in the early hours of the mornings back in August 2024. I often have downloads from my Angels around 4 am, so much so, that I now keep a note pad and pen on the bedside table. It followed after my grandsons, Fergus 13 years old and Dexter 11 accusing me of being a giggler and sounding like a witch! I burst out laughing at the thought. I am a spiritualist not a witch I said. What’s a spiritualist they ask? Isn’t the same as a witch? I did my Best to explain the difference. Fergus seemed to understand but not Dexter. They both lost interest in the subject. This incident left me feeling uneasy. Perhaps I do giggle too much. My dad always used to say, I’d laugh to see a pudding crawl. However, the Angels came to my rescue because within days, this download came through with their explanation of a giggler and what it means to the philosophy of Spiritualism.
